Authors are invited to submit full-text papers of up to 6 pages, prepared in accordance with the IEEE template, electronically via the conference website. Papers will be blind-reviewed by at least three reviewers for technical merit and content. Accepted papers must be presented by an author named in the paper. Otherwise, these papers will not be included in the conference booklet. A maximum of 2 papers can be presented with one registration. The conference language is Turkish and English. If you are writing the full text in English, there is no need for a TURKISH abstract.
