The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference.
This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses,
including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Author Guidelines
Authors must submit original, unpublished work that aligns with the conference scope. Please ensure your paper meets the following requirements:
- File Format: Word or PDF (no other formats accepted).
- Template: Use the conference template (Word or LaTeX) presented in “Guidelines for Paper Preparation” under the “For Authors” menu.
- Anonymization: Do not include the author's/authors’ names and affiliations in the paper. It will be a double-blind review.
- Length: Up to 6 pages.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be made through the Microsoft CMT platform. Follow these steps to submit your paper via Microsoft CMT:
- Account Creation: Register on CMT if you don’t have an account.
- Login to CMT: Access the platform and log in to your account.
- Create a New Submission: Select the conference ASYU2025 and click 'Create New Submission'.
- Fill in the Submission Form: Enter the paper title, abstract, and author details.
- Upload File: Drag and drop your manuscript into the dotted region or click the “Upload from Computer” button.
- Submission of the Form: Once the form is filled out with all the required information, click “Submit”. It is important to note that no files uploaded will be saved unless the “Submit” button is clicked.
- Confirmation: Ensure you receive an email confirmation upon successful submission.
