If a paper is found to be similar, including self-plagiarism, it will be automatically rejected and not submitted to IEEE for publication. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library. In order for your paper to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, you must complete the following procedures until 2 August 2025:
