All papers must be submitted electronically and the submissions should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE template. The maximum number of pages is 6 for papers. Papers will be examined by at least three referees in terms of technical value and content by blind review method. Accepted papers must be presented by an author named in the paper. Otherwise, these papers will not be included in the conference booklet. Up to 2 papers can be submitted with one registration. If you are writing the full text in English, TURKISH Summary is not required

The final version of papers submitted to IEEE ASYU 2023 will be checked for plagiarism (copyright infringement) using the IEEE CrossCheck system. If a paper is found to be similar, including self-plagiarism, it will be automatically rejected and not submitted to IEEE for publication.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library.
