All papers must be submitted electronically and the submissions should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE conference A4 size template. The maximum number of pages is 6 for papers. Papers will be examined by at least three referees in terms of technical value and content by blind review method. Accepted papers must be presented by an author named in the paper. Otherwise, these papers will not be included in the conference proceedings. If you are writing the full text in English, TURKISH Summary is not required
