Upload the latest version of your paper at EasyChair with the option to update your paper.
For each paper, fill in the IEEE Copyright form by accessing Copyright page.
Add one suitable of the following copyright information as cross reference in your article.

All papers must be submitted electronically and the submissions should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE template. The maximum number of pages is 6 for papers. Papers will be examined by at least three referees in terms of technical value and content by blind review method. Accepted papers must be presented by an author named in the paper. Otherwise, these papers will not be included in the conference booklet. Up to 2 papers can be submitted with one registration.

Publication of Accepted Papers
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library. Also, extended version of the selected papers will be considered for publication in the following journals, which are indexed by the TR Dizin.
NOTE: Other than the comments of the referees, Journal Editors' opinions will also be taken into consideration at the selection stage, and if necessary, at least 2 more referees will be asked for their opinions.
