Copyright information:  978-1-7281-9136-2/20/$31.00 © 2020 IEEE, should be placed at the bottom of the first page of the paper.
IEEE PDF eXpress compatible pdf file should be created by accessing PDF eXpress.

For each paper, fill in the IEEE Copyright form by accessing Copyright page.

Publication of Accepted Papers

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library. Also, extended version of the selected papers will be considered for publication in the following journals, which are indexed by the TR Dizin (the first three journals) or in other indexes.
